Note:

RESERVATIONS
Request forms can be submitted online, at city hall, or at the pool during open hours.
Parties are held Fri & Sat from 7-9 PM and Sun 5-7 PM.

$250 fee includes a non-refundable $50 deposit.
Outside organizations may be asked for proof of insurance.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours ahead for refund eligibility.
In case of day-of-event weather or disruptions, you will be notified by 3:00 pm.
For weather cancellation, reschedule or refund may apply.

PLAN YOUR EVENT
A spokesperson should arrive on time, remain on-site, and communicate with staff.
Outside food and beverages in designated areas only.
No Alcohol, Smoking/Vaping, or Drugs.

SAFETY
A manager/asst. manager and at least four (4) lifeguards will be on duty.
General pool rules and party-specific guidelines will be enforced.
Guests MUST sign in before entering and may leave and re-enter with manager approval.

In case of weather/disruptions, your event spokesperson will be responsible for communication with city staff about necessary precautions and ensuring that participants take steps to minimize risk of injury. Accidents, incidents, missing/damaged items, or suspicious activity should be reported immediately.
