Reservation requests may be submitted online or at city hall during regular hours, or submitted by email to our recreation coordinator.

Note:
INSURANCE & PERMITS
Organizations must provide proof of liability insurance. Additional permits required for camping, road closures, discharge of weapons/firearms, prohibited animals, burning/bonfires inside city limits.
FEES
Please consult the City of Crete Fee Schedule on our website for current facility and field usage fees. Tournament fees includes a non-refundable deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours ahead for refund eligibility. For weather cancellation, reschedule or refund may apply.
DURING YOUR EVENT
A spokesperson should arrive on time, remain on-site, and communicate with staff. Outside food and beverages in designated areas only.
No Alcohol, Smoking/Vaping, or Drugs.
In case of weather/disruptions, your event spokesperson will be responsible for communication with city staff about necessary precautions and ensuring that participants take steps to minimize risk of injury. Accidents, incidents, missing/damaged items, or suspicious activity should be reported immediately.
